Cleints can use the same email address and login credentials across multiple practitioners on Practice Better. This article explains how to activate a second practitioner's portal and switch between profiles.

Activating Your Account with a Second Practitioner
If you're already a client with Practitioner A and receive an invitation from Practitioner B, you don't need to create a new account. You can link your existing login credentials to Practitioner B's portal using the same email address and password.

Open the invitation email from Practitioner B and click Activate My Account.
⚠️ Important: The activation link must be opened in a browser, not the Practice Better mobile app. If tapping the button redirects you to the app, press and hold the button to copy the link, then paste it into a new browser tab.
- On the activation page, click Link to an existing account at the bottom of the form.
- You'll see a sign-in screen that reads "Sign in to accept your practitioner's invitation." Enter your existing email address and password and click Sign in.
- Your existing account is now linked to Practitioner B's portal.
✅ After signing in, you'll be prompted to select which practitioner's portal you'd like to access. Both Practitioner A and Practitioner B will appear in your profile picker.
Switching Between Profiles
Once your account is linked to multiple practitioners, you can switch between their portals at any time without signing out.
On the web:

Sign in at https://client.practicebetter.io/#/signin.
📍 Note: Switching between profiles is not available through your practitioner’s customized domain.
- Select the practitioner's portal you'd like to access from the profile picker.
- To switch after you've already signed in, go to your Profile and select Switch Profile.
On the mobile app:
- Sign in to the Practice Better app.
- Tap the hamburger menu and select Switch Profile, located just above Sign out.
Didn't Receive Your Invitation Email?
Contact your practitioner directly. They can resend the invitation from their end. If you continue to have trouble, contact Practice Better support.
