Practitioners and clients may update their login email from the Practice Better portal.
- Go to My Profile from the profile menu in the top right corner of your screen. Click on your name to open the menu, then select Edit Profile.
- On your My Profile page, click the Update email address button below your current email address.
- Alternatively, go to All Settings & Preferences and click Update Email Address.
- You'll see a pop-up with a field to enter your new desired email address.
Enter your email address and click Update. - You'll see a confirmation message where you can verify the spelling of your email address.
Click Confirm. - A verification code will be sent by email to your current email address.
Enter the verification code from this email. - You'll see a confirmation that your email address has been updated.
Click Got it.
