By default, your Food & Mood journal will display sections for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner.
To add wake-up, after-dinner, and bed-time snacks, click the red Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Select Log food from the options provided:
Next, search for your food in the database, add a free-form entry, or upload a photo of your meal:
Clicking on the Meal time picklist will show additional options for Wake up, Mid-morning, Mid-afternoon, Afternoon, and Bed-time snacks:
Once you've logged your snack, a new section will appear for the mealtime on your journal page:
