You can create custom recipes in the Client Portal for use with your Food & Mood Journal. While your practitioner won't see the ingredients, they will receive the nutritional data when you log a recipe as a food entry.
Creating a Recipe

Access My Recipes
- On a browser: Go to Nutrition > My Recipes at the top of the page.
- On the mobile app: Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner, select Nutrition, then tap My Recipes.
- On a browser: Go to Nutrition > My Recipes at the top of the page.

Add a New Recipe

Click the Fast Action Button (+) in the bottom-right corner and select Add Recipe.

In the Add Recipe popup:

Enter a recipe name, serving size, and optionally a description.

Use the Search ingredients text box to find ingredients from the database.

Select a suggestion, adjust the serving amount, then click Add ingredient.

Repeat for all ingredients, then click Save to store your recipe.

Editing or Deleting a Recipe

Go to My Recipes and locate your recipe.

To edit: Click Edit.

To delete: Click the Trash icon.

Make changes as needed:

Update the recipe’s name, serving size, description, or ingredients.

Use the Pencil icon to adjust ingredient servings.

Use the 3-line menu to remove an ingredient.

Click Save when finished.
Using a Recipe

Open your Food & Mood Journal.

Find your recipe by:

Searching in the text box, or
-
Clicking the My Recipes tab.

Select your recipe and log the details:

Meal time
-
Date and time consumed
-
Number of servings consumed
-

Click Save to submit the entry and record it in your Journal.
