Adding a New Activity Entry in Your Client Portal Journal
You can easily log your exercise and activity in your Lifestyle Journal through the Client Portal.
Follow these steps to add an entry.
- Click the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner of your Client Portal home screen or on the Journal summary page.
- Select Log a lifestyle entry from the options provided.
- Click on the Activity tab at the top of the Add Entry popup.
- Enter an activity description, time, duration, and category to save your activity.
Auto-calculating Activity Metrics
The system will auto-calculate the duration, calories burned, and activity category based on the free-form description you've entered.
For improved accuracy, ensure that your weight, height, age, and gender are recorded in your practitioner's records. If necessary, you can manually adjust these estimates after entering your activity description.
