Sharing Google Forms with Clients

Google Forms can't be directly imported into Practice Better through your Documents folder, but you can make these forms available to your clients in a couple of ways.

Option 1: Share Form using a link

Option 2: Export your Form as a PDF (via Chrome)

With your Form editor open in your browser:

1. Click the More options menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner.
2. Select Print from the options provided.
   
3. Next to "Destination" select Save as PDF.
   
    
4. Click Save. You'll be prompted to select a folder on your local device to save the PDF.
