Sharing Google Forms with Clients

Google Forms cannot be directly imported into Practice Better via your Documents folder, but you can make these forms available to your clients in a couple ways:

Option 1: Share Form using a link:

Option 2: Export your Form as a PDF (via Chrome)

1) Click the More options menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner

2) Select Print from the options provided:

3) Under "Destination" click the Change button:

4) Select Save as PDF from the options provided
