Practitioners and clients can reset or update their Practice Better password on the sign-in page or portal. To reset, click "Forgot password?", enter your email, and follow the emailed link. To update in the portal, go to All Settings & Preferences, enter your current password, confirm the new one, verify via email code, then sign in with the new password. Passwords must have at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and a number.

- Enter the email address associated with your account on the Forgot Password page, then click Send reset link.

You should receive an email confirmation shortly after submitting your request. Click the link in the email or copy and paste the link into a new browser window.
You won't receive an email if the email address you've provided does not match an account in our records.
- New passwords must use at least 8 characters and include both an uppercase letter and a number.

Update your password in the Practice Better portal

Go to All Settings & Preferences and click Update Password.

You'll see a pop-up in which you need to enter your current password and confirm the new password. Click Next.

You'll receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code from your email message in the dialog box in Practice Better.

After successfully entering the verification code, you'll be logged out and prompted to enter your new password and click Sign in.
