You can automatically add and invite new clients after they request selected services, packages, programs, or complete a public form. Additionally, you can grant access to the Client Portal for new or existing clients. Follow these steps to set up your automation:
- Go to My Practice > Automations
- Click on the Fast Action Button in the bottom right corner

From the pop-up, choose Add/invite new clients
- Name your automation.
- Choose whether to give new and/or existing clients access to the Client Portal at this time.
If you enable this option, clients will receive an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their accounts.
- For invited clients, you can provide access to the Food & Mood and Lifestyle Journals by enabling the respective checkboxes.
- Click Edit options to customize how these journals will be created (e.g., setting a focus for the Food Journal or disabling weight tracking for the Lifestyle Journal).
- Optionally restrict this automation to trigger for specific services, packages, or programs.
- Once all settings are configured, click Create to save your automation.
