FAQ about Google Reviews
Q: Can I ask for Google reviews?
A: The ability to request Google reviews may vary depending on your professional regulatory body. It is advisable to consult your specific regulator's guidelines, as certain disciplines have restrictions on soliciting or posting patient testimonials.

If you have a virtual practice, you can still get reviews without a Google Business Profile. You may send a Broadcast Message (Plus or Team plans) or use a Task Automation to send out a link to review your practice.
Q: Do I have to have a Google Business Account?
A: A Google Business Account and verified business listing is required. If you haven't set one up yet, check out our guide on Creating an Irresistible Business Profile on Google.
Q: I can’t ask for these. How can I turn this feature off?
A: This feature is disabled by default and must be manually activated to function. To disable it after activation, simply delete the corresponding automation in your Practice Better portal.
Q: Will it ask for reviews after each session?
A: The frequency of review requests is customizable. You can configure the automation to send requests after every session, once per client, or at specific intervals that align with your practice's needs and professional guidelines.
Q: Is this a paid integration?
A: It’s included for no extra cost in any of our plans.
Q: What if I get a bad review?
A: To safeguard against negative reviews, you can solicit client feedback using a Form before you trigger the review request. Alternatively, you can send out a testimonial form, get client permission, and publish the reviews yourself on your website.
