Send Forms Automatically After Service Bookings
Streamline your workflow by having forms automatically delivered when clients book specific services, or be scheduled to send once bookings are confirmed.
- Go to My Practice > Automations.
- Click the Fast-action Button and select Send forms after booking is confirmed.
- Choose which specific services should trigger this automation.
- Customize your timing preferences:
- Send forms immediately after session confirmation, or
- Schedule delivery for a specific timeframe (such as 2 days before the session)

Enable Allow clients to complete form(s) multiple times when clients need to submit updates regularly.
💡 Perfect for situations like weekly check-in forms where clients provide progress updates before each session.

Select the appropriate forms for the service(s) selected.
📍 All selected forms will be delivered for all selected services. To specify different forms per service, create another of the same type of automation.
- In the Additional notes field, add specific notes to include in the notification email.
- Click Create to activate your automation.
Your automation is now working diligently in the background, ensuring seamless client communication.

- Go to My Practice > Automations.
- Click the Fast-action Button and choose Send forms after package is confirmed.
- Select which packages will activate this automation.

- Choose the relevant forms that align with your package offerings.
- In the Additional notes field, craft an encouraging message, include instructions, or set expectations for the client notification email.
- Click Create to save and activate your automation.
