Set up your forms to be automatically sent out based on the type of service booked. Forms can be sent out immediately or scheduled before or after the session date.
- Go to My Practice > Automations
- Click on the Red Fast-action Button and choose Send forms after booking is confirmed
- Select which services you'd like to send when this automation is triggered
- Decide if you’d like forms to be sent immediately after session is confirmed or to be scheduled for another time (e.g. 2 days before session, etc.)
- Check Allow clients to complete form(s) multiple times if clients will need to complete this form more than once.
An example of this would be a form which requires clients to provide status updates before each upcoming session. - Select the forms you’d like to send for this service type
- Include additional notes to be included in the notification email
- Click Create to save your automation
