Send forms after a booking is confirmed

Set up your forms to be automatically sent out based on the type of service booked. Forms can be sent out immediately or scheduled before or after the session date. 

1. Go to My Practice > Automations
2. Click on the Red Fast-action Button and choose Send forms after booking is confirmed
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select which services you'd like to send when this automation is triggered
4. Decide if you’d like forms to be sent immediately after session is confirmed or to be scheduled for another time (e.g. 2 days before session, etc.)
5. Check Allow clients to complete form(s) multiple times if clients will need to complete this form more than once.
   
   An example of this would be a form which requires clients to provide status updates before each upcoming session.
   
   
6. Select the forms you’d like to send for this service type
7. Include additional notes to be included in the notification email
8. Click Create  to save your automation
