Use this automation to confirm packages requested by clients from your Public Bookings Page and Client Portal.
- Go to My Practice > Automations.
- Click on the red Fast-action Button and choose Confirm new package requests.
- Name your automation.
- Choose which packages(s) you’d like to auto-confirm.
- Choose if you’ll give access to the Client Portal at this time. Clients will be sent an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their account.
- For invited clients, you can also provide access to the client Journals and entry types by enabling the appropriate checkboxes.
- Additionally, you can choose to automatically apply or remove client tags.
- Click Create to save your automation.
