Updating Your Subscription

You can update your subscription at any time by going to the My Subscription page in a web browser.

Please note: The following instructions must be completed in a browser (such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox). You can't update your subscription using the Practice Better app.

1. Click your name in the top-right and select My Subscription.
   
   
   
2. Click Change Plan in the My Subscription section.
   
   
   
3. Choose the desired subscription plan from the available options.
   
   
   
4. Click the Update plan button to confirm and update your subscription.
   

Entering a promo code

1. On the Confirm & Update step, click the link that says Did you receive a promo code from us?
2. Enter your promo code in the provided field and click the Apply Code button.
   
3. Finally, click the Update plan button to confirm and apply your promo code.
