You can send reminders to your clients to re-book follow-ups or other appointments either from your My Services page or from your client's Bookings & Packages page.
From your My Services Page, click on the More Options button (3 dots) next to the service then select Invite to book from the options provided:
From your client's Bookings & Packages page, select Invite to Book from the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner:
Sending Booking Reminders for Package Sessions
If your client has an active package, you will be prompted to associate the booking reminder with the package. Clients will not be required to enter billing information when requesting package sessions.
Click Invite without package to send a reminder to book for a session not associated with an active package.
Sending SMS Booking Reminders
On our paid plans, you have the option of sending a text reminder to your client. Select either Text messages (SMS) and email or Text messages (SMS) only from the Delivery method field:
Use the Suggest a day field if you want your client to book the session on a specific day when you have availability.
Use the Earliest booking date field to restrict clients from booking before a specifc date.
Customize the reminder subject and message. Avoid using ALL CAPS, excessive exclamations and spammy words (e.g. BOOK A FREE CALL!!!) as your invitation will likely be delivered to your client's SPAM/junk folder.
Click Send to send an email reminder to your client.
