Forms & Waivers
Create all the forms you'll need clients to complete when working with you. These can be health intake forms for collecting comprehensive information, or waivers and agreements where you gather information and consent through electronic signatures.
Setting up forms within Practice Better eliminates the tedious cycle of emailing, downloading, printing, signing, and scanning documents. Instead, clients receive forms directly in their Client Portal and email inbox, where they can open, complete, and submit them instantly β all within Practice Better.

Disclaimers/Terms & Conditions
When clients book a package or service, you can require them to accept Terms & Conditions or a Disclaimer before completing their booking. This might include your privacy policy, cancellation policy, or other important acknowledgments.
π Please note: Terms & Conditions are designed for client acknowledgment only. If you require your client to provide a signature acknowledging the terms or you'd like to keep a signed copy for your records, it's better to create a form or waiver with a required signature field.
My Services
Services represent the different sessions or offerings your practice provides to clients, such as initial consultations, follow-up appointments, or specialized sessions. You can set up and configure your services under My Practice > My Services.
My Availability
Setting up your availability gives you greater control over when clients can request sessions with you. You can configure availability for one-off days or establish recurring weekly patterns that match your schedule.
When setting up your availability, you can customize further by restricting which services are offered during certain time blocks or specifying which location is available if you operate from multiple offices. This ensures clients only book appointments that align with your actual capacity and location preferences.
My Packages
Packages are bundles that group individual services or programs together for clients to purchase as a single offering. When you sell services and programs as a package, clients pay the package fee instead of the individual fees you've established for each service or program. Packages can also be set up and configured under My Practice > My Services, and selecting the Packages tab near the top.
My Programs
The Programs feature allows you to share your knowledge and expertise with more clients in an automated, scalable way. You can create modules within your programs and drip content to clients at scheduled intervals, delivering a structured learning experience.
Programs can be created in three formats:
Fixed-Date Programs run from a set start date to a set end date. Modules unlock and become accessible to clients based on specific calendar dates, creating a cohesive group experience.
Evergreen Programs are available at any time. Clients can purchase an Evergreen program and progress through it at their own pace. Modules unlock based on duration after enrollment (for example, one week after the client enrolls), giving each participant a personalized timeline.
Self-paced programsΒ are designed for clients to complete at their own pace. Modules within a Self-paced program unlock based on the designated completion of previous modules within the program. Available in the Plus plan and up.

Customizing Bookings Pages
Booking pages are where your clients go to request sessions with your practice. Custom Bookings Pages allow you to control which services and packages are displayed, in what order they appear, and how they're presented to potential clients.
To create a new custom booking page, navigate to Settings > Share My Link. Under Public Bookings Pages, click the Add page button. This flexibility helps you create targeted booking experiences for different client segments or marketing campaigns.
Website Links & Widgets
If you have a website outside of Practice Better but want to handle booking and payment processing within the platform, you can seamlessly connect the two. Link your services, packages, and programs to your website using either a direct link or an embedded widget, allowing clients to book your services directly from your existing website.
This integration maintains your brand presence while leveraging Practice Better's robust booking and payment infrastructure behind the scenes.
