Setting Up Your Profile Information
My Profile
Your practitioner profile is where you showcase your professional identity to clients. Go to My Practice > My Profile to add your professional title, designation letters, credentials, time zone, and social media links. This is also where you'll craft your biography, which appears on your profile page and is visible to all clients with access to the Client Portal.

Company Profile
The company profile captures the business side of your practice. Here you'll add your company name, business number, website, and any physical locations where you operate. If you offer in-person services, adding your office location(s) ensures clients can find you easily.
💡 Quick tip: Enter your Google Business Profile address in your Practice Better Locations to enable Google review requests, helping you build social proof and attract new clients.
Connecting 3rd Party Integrations
Practice Better works seamlessly with the services you already rely on to run your practice efficiently. You can set up integrations by selecting 3rd Party Integration from the settings menu, then clicking the Link button next to any service you'd like to connect.
Below are available integrations you may want to set up right away to streamline your workflows and enhance client care.
Claim.MD
For USA-based practitioners, integrating your Claim.MD account enables you to manage insurance billing and payments directly within Practice Better. You can check client eligibility, submit claims, view acknowledgments, and handle rejections without leaving the platform.
DrFirst ePrescribe
Healthcare practitioners in the United States can electronically prescribe medications, including controlled substances (EPCS), directly through Practice Better. Our setup guide walks you through the process step by step, and you can preview the feature through our interactive demo here.
Dropbox and Google Drive
Import files seamlessly from your Dropbox or Google Drive accounts without uploading them manually from your computer. Your cloud storage remains secure — clients never have direct access to your folders and only see documents you've explicitly imported and shared.

Evexia Diagnostics
Link your Evexia Diagnostics account to submit patient-pay orders and review or share lab results with clients directly in Practice Better. Labs created in your Evexia portal will automatically sync to your Practice Better account once the integration is enabled.
Facebook Pixel
Track conversions from your Bookings Page by linking your Facebook Pixel. Monitor how well your services, packages, and programs are converting from your website, ads, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Fullscript
Connect your Fullscript account to create protocols and recommendations using products from your dispensary. Clients can order supplement recommendations made through Fullscript directly within Practice Better, creating a seamless purchasing experience.
Google Analytics
Link your Google Analytics account to track client behavior within the Client Portal and from your Bookings Page. Practice Better provides page view tracking for each step of the booking process, helping you understand how your landing pages and lead magnets convert into program sign-ups and new bookings.
Google Calendar
Linking your Google Calendar allows you to view your personal events alongside your Practice Better calendar and sync upcoming sessions and reminders back to Google. By default, Practice Better prevents clients from booking sessions that conflict with events in your Google Calendar, protecting your personal time.
📍 Please note: If you use Apple Calendar or iCal, you must first sync your iCal to Google Calendar and then link your Google Calendar to Practice Better. A direct iCal integration is not currently available.
Google Sign In
Use your Google account credentials to sign in to Practice Better conveniently. Once set up, you'll have the option to sign in using Google or your Practice Better username and password. Learn more about this streamlined login option.
Natural Dispensary
UK-based practitioners can link their Natural Dispensary account to create protocols and recommendations using dispensary products. When you publish a protocol, Practice Better automatically creates a shopping cart in Natural Dispensary, and your client receives an email with order instructions.
Nutri-Q (Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire)
Link your Nutri-Q account to send the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire to clients directly from Practice Better. Once a client completes the NAQ, you can view the completed report in their client file.
Payment Processing
Set up Practice Better Payments to accept payments for all your services, send invoices directly through the platform, and automatically process late cancellation and no-show fees. Practice Better Payments uses multiple layers of security, and all payment information is encrypted, tokenized, and handled by a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Rupa Health
Link your Rupa Health account to order, receive, view, and share lab results directly from the Practice Better portal, keeping all client information in one centralized location.
That Clean Life
Connect your That Clean Life account to share recipes, collections, and meal plans with clients through protocols and programs. Once shared, clients can access recipes and log them to their Food & Mood journal.
Whole Practice (Wellness Questionnaire)
Integrate your Whole Practice account to send the Wellness Questionnaire and receive completed reports in your clients' records. View completed Wellness Questionnaire reports in your client's Documents section.
Wholescripts
US-based practitioners can link their Wholescripts account to create protocols and recommendations using dispensary products. When you publish a protocol, Practice Better automatically generates the corresponding recommendation in WholeScripts, and your client receives an email with order instructions.
Zapier
Integrating with Zapier connects Practice Better to services in your existing workflow. For example, create a "Zap" to automatically add clients to your mailing list (such as Active Campaign or MailChimp) when they enroll in one of your programs.
Zoom
While Practice Better includes built-in HIPAA-compliant telehealth, you can integrate an external Zoom account if you want to record sessions, conduct group video sessions, or meet with potential clients without granting them Client Portal access.
