If you have uploaded your CMS 1500 Form text files to Office Ally for the first time and received a rejected batch file, it is possible that your Office Ally account is not mapped correctly to receive claims from Practice Better.
To ensure that your Office Ally account is properly configured to receive claims from Practice Better, you will need to submit a test file with at least 5 claims from Practice Better. Office Ally will then process your test file and proceed to re-map your account if required.
