This guide explains how to schedule a session through your client portal, requiring an invitation and an activated account. You can book sessions by selecting services, delivery methods, and available times, providing the necessary info, and confirming payment. For package holders, sessions can be booked through the package section. You can view, reschedule, or cancel sessions in the portal.

Before You Begin
- Your practitioner must have invited you to the client portal.
- You must have activated your client account from your practitioner’s invitation.
- If you haven't activated your account yet, check your email for an invitation from your practitioner with activation instructions.
- Your practitioner must have Services and Availability for booking.
Booking Your Session
- Log in to your client portal
 - Click the Request a Session button near the top-left.
 - Or use the Fast Action Button > Request a Session.
 - If you don’t have an active Package, you’ll be brought to your practitioner’s booking page. If you do have an active Package, see below.
 - Select a service. Click the booking button below the Service you need to schedule.
 - Select the service method. Choose from the available delivery methods.Â
Note: these are controlled by your practitioner, and not all options may be available for every service.
 - Select an available date and time slot from your practitioner's calendar and click Next. Available times will be displayed based on your practitioner's set availability.
 - Provide any required information. Depending on your practitioner’s settings, you may need to complete a Booking Page Form during the scheduling process.
 - Enter payment information if required.Â
 - Review all details and click the Confirm & book button to complete your booking.
After booking, you should receive a confirmation email once your practitioner confirms the request.
Booking from a Package
If your practitioner has assigned you a package with multiple sessions:
- Click the Request a Session button.
 - Click on the name of your Package from the pop-up.
 - OR go the Packages section in your client portal.
 - Find your Package and click Book session.
- Select a service to book an available session from your package.
 - Refer to steps 6-10 above to complete your booking.
Additional Information
- You can view all your upcoming and past sessions in the Bookings section of your client portal.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you can do so through the client portal (subject to your practitioner's cancellation policy).
