Creating Module Templates
To create a module template start by navigating to My Practice > My Programs and clicking the Module Templates tab.
From here, click on the red Fast Action button on the bottom right and to Create module template.
Next, add a module label and name. Module labels are not client-facing and are designed to help you identify your templates easily.
Module names are client-facing and can be seen by clients in your program.
You can continue to add content to your module template, the same way you do when you create a module. Learn more about adding content to your modules.
Once you’ve added content to your module template, click on the Save changes button and your template will be saved.
Module templates can be duplicated, shared with team members, and deleted by clicking on the More Options next to the template:
Saving existing modules as templates
You can also save existing modules as templates. If you’ve created a module that you’d like to re-use, simply navigate to your program and click on the More Options button next to the module you’d like to save as a template, and select the Save as template option.
From here, you can adjust your module template label and make any adjustments to the template as desired, before saving your changes.
Adding a Module from a Template
Once you’ve created and saved a module template, you can use it in any program of your choice.
To apply a module template to a program, simply navigate to your program and click on Add module or the red Fast Action button > Add module.
From here, your module templates will be listed by their label names for you to select:
Once you select a module template, set your module release type and schedule. If you’d like to make any changes to the module, you can do so here before saving your changes.
Adjusting Module Templates
If you wish to make changes to a previously created module template, go to My Practice > My Programs > Module Templates tab.
You will then see a list of your module templates. You can choose to Edit them, or if you click the More options menu (3 dots), you can choose to Duplicate the template, Manage sharing permissions, or Delete the template.
