Benefits of Using Apple ID Login
Signing in with Apple ID offers a streamlined way to access Practice Better. Instead of remembering another password, you can use your existing Apple credentials for quick, secure authentication across both web and mobile platforms.
This login method works seamlessly with your existing Practice Better account, whether you're just getting started or you've been using the platform for years.
📍 Note: Each Apple account can only be linked to one Practice Better account at a time. This ensures secure, unique access for every user.
Understanding Apple's Privacy Features
When you sign in with Apple, Practice Better receives only the essential information needed to create and maintain your account. This includes your name and a verified email address. Apple doesn't share your password or other Apple ID information with Practice Better.
Apple offers a "Hide My Email" feature that creates a unique, private relay email address instead of sharing your personal email. If you choose this option, Practice Better will send communications to the relay address, and Apple automatically forwards them to your actual inbox. You maintain full control over this relay in your Apple ID settings.
⚠️ It’s recommended to select “Share My Email” when you Sign Up with Apple, since we require a valid email address associated with your Practice Better account, for security and privacy reasons. Using your real email address will also help authenticate your account with our support team.
Signing Up with Apple ID
If you're new to Practice Better, you can create your account using your Apple ID in just a few steps.
- Go to the Practice Better sign-up page.
- Click the Sign up with Apple button.
- Authenticate with your Apple ID credentials.
- If prompted to share your email address or use Apple's Hide My Email feature, please select Share My Email.
- Complete your Practice Better profile setup.
📍 Note: While a Practice Better account password isn't required when you sign up with an Apple ID, we recommend setting one as a backup login method. This ensures you can always access your account even if you encounter issues with Apple ID authentication.
Linking Apple ID to an Existing Account
Already have a Practice Better account? You can easily add Apple ID as a login option without disrupting your existing setup.
📍 Note: Your Practice Better account email address and your Apple ID email address don't need to match. The system links your accounts securely regardless of the email addresses used.
To link your Apple ID to your Practice Better account:
- Log in to your Practice Better account using your current credentials.
- Go to Settings > All Settings & Preferences.
- Locate the Login & Securoty section and click on Login Options.
- Click Sign In next to Apple ID.
- Authenticate with your Apple ID when prompted.
✅ Your Apple ID is now connected! You can use either your original login method or Apple ID to access your account.
Managing Your Login Options
Practice Better gives you complete flexibility with your login preferences. You can use Apple ID, Google sign-in, passkeys, or traditional email and password, and enable multiple methods for added convenience.
Unlinking Apple ID from Your Account
📍 Note: Before unlinking Apple ID, ensure you have another login method active on your account, such as email/password or Google sign-in.
If you decide to stop using Apple ID login:
- Go to Settings > All Settings & Preferences > Login Options.
- Locate Apple ID in your linked accounts.
- Click Unlink next to Apple ID.
Switching Between Login Methods
You have complete freedom to switch between login methods based on what's most convenient at any given time. If you've enabled multiple login options, simply choose your preferred method each time you sign in.
For example, you might use Apple ID login on your iPhone for quick access during client sessions, then switch to email and password when logging in from a shared computer. Both methods access the same Practice Better account with all your data intact.
💡 Tip: Enabling multiple login methods provides backup access options. Consider maintaining both Apple ID and email/password authentication for maximum flexibility.
Troubleshooting Apple ID Login Issues
If you're experiencing difficulties signing in with Apple ID, you have several options to regain access to your account.
The most straightforward solution is to use your email and password login instead. Simply click the email login option on the sign-in page and enter your Practice Better credentials.
If you've only ever used Apple Sign In, or you have forgotten your password, use the password reset feature to create a new one.

If you've lost access to your Apple ID or your Apple account has been compromised, you can still access Practice Better using your email and password. We recommend keeping this traditional login method active as a backup even when using social login options.
