To change a team member from Admin User to Practitioner, you need to archive them and re-invite them as Practitioners. To add multiple Practitioners, you need the Practice Better Team Plan.
Once archived, you can't re-invite them using the same email.
If the team member wants to use the same login email, they must first change it to a different one, like mary.smith+admin@gmail.com. Then, you can re-invite mary.smith@gmail.com as a Practitioner.
- Navigate to your Profile > My Team and click the 3 dots next to your Admin User > Archive.
- Click Invite people.
- Select Practitioner, and once you enter their details, you can send them the invitation.
If the Invite people and/or Practitioner options are not available, this will indicate that you have reached the Practitioner limit for your plan. For more information on how to purchase our Practitioner add-ons, click here.
