On the Team Plan, you have the ability to view documents that team members and clients have shared with you and with each other.

Allowing Team Members to View Shared Documents
As the team owner, the first step for your team members to view any shared documents would be to ensure that the proper permissions are enabled.

Viewing Documents Uploaded by your Team Members
To view client documents uploaded by other team members, navigate to the client’s record > Documents, or to My Practice > Documents and locate the client’s folder. In the Team Uploads tab, you will find documents uploaded by other team members. The Uploaded by column will indicate which team member uploaded the document:
Viewing Client Documents Shared with other Team Members
To view documents that a client has shared with another team member, navigate to My Practice > Documents and select the team member’s name from the drop-down menu under Team Member:
Select a client’s folder and click All Shared Documents to view documents that the client uploaded and shared with this team member. You can see which documents were uploaded by the client under the All Shared Files section as indicated by their name:
You can also view them in the [Client name]’s Shared Uploads folder. If the client has submitted documents associated with other resources, they are uploaded to a corresponding folder, which can be accessed within the All Shared Documents folder as well:
