Practice Better's Templates Library gives you instant access to professionally curated resources that you can customize for your practice in minutes. Whether you're looking for intake forms, session notes, or complete programs, the library offers pre-built templates organized by profession and resource type—saving you valuable time while maintaining the quality your clients deserve.
Accessing the Templates Library
Getting started with templates is simple. Go to the Templates tab within Practice Better to explore the full library of available resources.
From here, you'll find a comprehensive collection of templates specifically designed for healthcare practitioners. The library includes pre-built note templates, form templates, and complete programs that you can share with colleagues.
Exploring Available Templates
Once you're in the Templates Library, you have powerful filtering options to find exactly what you need.
Use the filter options to narrow your search by:
- Resource type (forms, notes, programs).
- Practitioner type (specific to your healthcare specialty).
This targeted approach helps you quickly locate templates that align with your practice's unique needs, whether you're a nutritionist, therapist, or wellness coach.
Adding Templates to Your Portal
When you find a template that catches your eye, take a moment to preview it before adding it to your practice.
- Click View next to any template to see its sections and formatting.
- Review the content structure to ensure it matches your workflow.
- Once satisfied, click the Add template button to save the resource to your portal.
After adding a template, you'll see three convenient options:
- Click Done to continue browsing and adding more templates from the library.
- Click View My Forms to go directly to that resource page.
- Click Edit to open the template editor and customize it immediately.
This flexibility means you can work at your own pace—whether you want to add multiple resources at once or customize each one right away.
Using Template Codes
Have a template code from a colleague or training program? You can quickly import specialized resources using the unlock feature.
- Go to the Templates tab.
- Click the Unlock Template button.
- Enter the access code in the field provided and click Submit.
- You'll see a new section in the templates library called Unlocked Templates.
- Click Add or View to review and save the template to your portal.
This feature makes it easy to share proven resources within your professional network, helping you benefit from colleagues' expertise and best practices.
