In our Sprout and Starter Plans, you will have access to search basic information, notes, and tasks only.
You can start a new search at any time by clicking the search icon in the top-right corner of your portal or using the Ctrl + Shift + F shortcut on your keyboard:
Client-specific searches can be done from your client's Recent Activity page or the Client Hub.
Searching Chat Messages
You can search for messages directly in a chat by clicking the search icon in the top-right corner of the chat window:
Message searches can also be performed for a specific client using the search box on their Recent Activity page.
Searching Phrases
By default, we'll return results that match any keyword provided in your search. For example, if you search for gluten intolerant, we'll return results that contain either gluten or intolerant.
Wrap keywords in double-quotes to return results that contain a specific phrase, e.g. "gluten intolerant".
