Overview
The Client Hub allows you to quickly access information in your client's file when working on your notes, protocols, and conducting video sessions. Hubs are available when using the web version of your portal and are not available in the mobile app.
Client Hubs allow you to view the following information in your client's file:
- Recent Activity
- Basic Information
- Medical History
- Diet & Lifestyle Profile
- Session Notes & Recordings
- Protocols
- Completed Forms
- Labs
You can also search for information in your client's file and create basic notes appearing in your client's Notes section.
Hubs do not disappear when navigating to different sections of the portal, which makes them handy when referencing key information to complete multiple actions for a specific client.
Launching Client Hubs
You can open multiple hubs for a single client, allowing you to have both a protocol and completed form visible at once, for example. Multiple Hubs for different clients can also be opened simultaneously.

Click on the My Clients menu item, then click the Hub icon next to a pinned client in the list:

Find a client in the search results, then click the Hub icon to the right:

Press and hold the Control + Shift + Z keys together, then release them to launch a Hub. If you are working on a client-specific document, e.g., a protocol or session note, your client's Hub will launch automatically.
If you're on your homepage or another general section of the portal, you will first be prompted to select the client you'd like to open a Hub for.
Launching a Hub from a text editor
If you're working on a protocol or session note, you can quickly launch a Hub by clicking the Hub icon in the top-left corner of the text editor:

If you're in a scheduled telehealth session, you can quickly launch a Hub by clicking on the Hub icon in the top-right corner of the video chat screen:
Using the Client Hub
Your Client Hub will open to the top-right of your screen and can be dragged across the screen by pressing and holding the black header bar. Depending on which area of the Hub is displayed, you can also resize the Hub vertically and horizontally.
Content can be easily copied and pasted from a Hub section by hovering over a field and clicking the Copy icon in the right corner:
Creating Quick Notes
You can quickly take notes for a client by clicking on the Quick Notes button in the bottom-right corner. This can be useful when taking notes during a video chat session.
If you have create any note templates these will be available when using the Quick Notes option.
Client Hub Options
By default, you can open multiple hubs for a single client. If you want to restrict this to one opened hub per client, go to your Settings > Portal Preferences page, then uncheck the Allow multiple hubs option:
