Viewing Comments in the Calendar
When you're reviewing journal entries on your computer, the calendar view helps you quickly identify which days have active conversations:
- Days with client entries display with a solid grey circle.
- Days with comments appear with a green circle around the date.
- The currently selected day displays with a solid green circle.
This visual system makes it easy to track where you've provided feedback and ensures no entry goes unnoticed.
Client Notifications for Comments
- Clients will be notified of new comments by Instant Alerts (when this feature is enabled in their settings).
- Clients can reply to comments left in their journals. The comment box will be hidden for clients until the practitioner posts a comment.
- The Journals comment box can't accommodate multi-line input (using Shift+Enter won't add a new line).
