Journal targets help you define optimal levels for your client’s: Nutrient intake, Water intake, Weight loss/gain goals, Activity duration or calorie targets, and Sleep duration.
These Targets can be made visible to your client, and you can compare their Journal entries against the set targets.
How to Set Up Journal Targets

Go to My Clients and double-click on a client's name.

Click on the Journals link in the left navigation bar.

Click on the Targets button near the top-right.

Click the Add Target button next to the target type you want to set.

Specify the value of the Target.

The option to Allow client to see target is enabled by default. Click the checkbox to hide the Target from the client’s view.

Click Save Changes to save the Target.
Edit or Delete Journal Targets
- Repeat steps 1-3 above and click Edit beside any Target you want to update.
- Update the Target and click Save Changes.
- Update the Target and click Save Changes.
- Click Delete next to any Target you want to remove.
- Review the warning and click Delete to confirm.
Comparing Journal Entries vs. Targets
You can find all entries and targets by going to My Clients > [Client Name] and clicking Journals.
Next to the date, you can see how many of the targets your client reached that day.
On the right side panel, you can see a breakdown of any nutritional targets you have set.
