Removing a client’s access to Journals will prevent them from adding more of the entry type you disable. The historical data will always be available to the practitioner.

Go to My Clients and double-click on a client's name.

Click on the Journals link in the left navigation bar.

Click the Journal Settings button near the top-right.

Click the More Options menu (3 dots) > Disable next to each entry type you want to remove.

Disable all entry types to completely remove the Journal from the client portal.
