Removing a client's access to Journals stops them from adding new entries, while practitioners retain access to historical data.
Removing a Client's Journal Access
- Go to My Clients and double-click on a client's name.
- Click on the Journals link in the left navigation bar.
- Click the Journal Settings button near the top-right.
- Click the More Options menu (3 dots) > Disable next to each entry type you want to remove.
- Disable all entry types to completely remove the Journal from the client portal.
