Our Journal Export feature allows you and your clients to export client's lifestyle entries and food entries with full nutrient details. The export will result in an Excel/spreadsheet document with text only (images can't exported from Journals).
Exporting Journals from the Practitioner Portal
To export journal entries for your clients, follow these steps:
- Go to your client's file and click the Journals link in the left navigation menu:
- On the Journals page, click the Export entries button in the bottom right corner:
- Select the journals you'd like to export,
- Click Export to download your client's journals in Excel/spreadsheet format.
Exporting Journals from the Client Portal
If you are a client, you can export your own journal entries by following these steps:
- In your Journal click the 3 dots for more options in the top-right corner.
- Select Export entries
- Choose whether you want to export your Food & Mood and/or Lifestyle Journal entries.
- Set the desired date range for the entries you want to export.
- Decide if you want to include a standard nutrient profile or export a full nutrient profile.
Note: If you don’t see the Food Journal Options, this means your practitioner has disabled nutrient details in your Journal settings. Learn more.
