The Journal Export feature enables practitioners and clients to export lifestyle and food journal entries with nutrient details into spreadsheet files. Practitioners export from their Client Record's Journals Settings Export option, selecting the date range and nutrient profile. Clients export from their Journal's More Options menu, choosing entry types, date range, and nutrient profile.

Exporting Client Journals From the Practitioner Portal
To export journal entries for a client:
- Go to My Clients and open your client record.
- Click on the Journals link in the left navigation bar.
- Click the Journal Settings button near the top-right.
- Click the Export button near the top-right.
- Or click the More Options menu (3 dots) > Export next to a specific entry type.
- Or click the More Options menu (3 dots) > Export next to a specific entry type.
- Enter the desired date range and select the nutrient profile preference.
- Click Export.
Exporting Journals From the Client Portal
If you are a client, you can export your own journal entries.
- Open your Journal and click the More Options menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner.
- Select Export entries.
- Choose whether you want to export your Food & Mood and/or Lifestyle Journal entries.
- Set the desired date range for the export.
- Select whether to include:
- Standard nutrient profile, or

Full nutrient profile.
📍 Note: If you don’t see the Food Journal Options, this means your practitioner has disabled nutrient details in your Journal settings. Learn more.
