By default, we include links in your program confirmation and module notification emails which redirect clients to the Client Portal to view your program materials.
If you're running an email-only program and don't require (or want) clients to access the Client Portal, we provide the option to disable the View Program and View Module buttons in the notification emails we send out.
Removing the View Program button
1) Go to My Practice > My Programs
2) Click Edit next to your program
3) Click the Send a welcome email when client is registered checkbox at the bottom of the screen:
4) Customize the email subject, title, and content as needed. You can add links to resources hosted on your website, YouTube, etc.
5) Select the Hide "View Program" button to disable the button in the email notification
6) Click Done to exit the Notification Builder.
When your clients register for your program, they will receive the customized email confirmation without a call-to-action to view the program in their Client Portal.
Remove the View Module button in your module welcome emails
1) Go to My Practice > My Programs
2) Click Manage next to your program to open your Program Overview page
3) Click Edit next to a module
4) Click the Send a welcome email when module starts checkbox at the bottom of the screen:
5) Customize the email subject, title, and content as needed. You can add links to resources hosted on your website, YouTube, etc.
We recommend copying the content of your email into the text editor in your module's Content tab in the event some of the clients in your program already have or will have access to the Client Portal in the future.
In this way, when they view your module from the Client Portal, they will be able to access the same content/links provided in the email notifications.
6) Select the Hide "View Module" button to disable the button in the email notification
