Journal targets allow you to define optimal levels for your client's nutrient intake, water intake, weight loss/gain goal, activity duration or calorie targets and sleep duration.
The targets will be visible for your client and you will be able compare the data tracked from the journal entries against their targets.
Setting Up Journal Targets
1) Go to My Clients > [Client Name], click Journals on the left hand side.
2) Click on the Edit Targets icon at the top right
3) Click Add Target and click Select next to the target you would like to add.
*Once you have added one target you will add additional targets using a Fast Action Button as opposed to the Add Target button
4) Specify the optimal target value and enable the Allow my client to see this target option if you would like your client to view this target in their journal. Click Create to add the target to the Journals.
*The option to Allow my clients to see this target is always at the bottom of the target
Comparing Entries Vs Targets
All entries and targets can be found by going to My Clients > [Client Name], click Journals.
Under Day Summary you will be able to see how many of the targets your client reached that day as well as a breakdown of any nutritional targets you have set.
