Can I push information into protocols from the tracker?
Yes, when you create a protocol and add a supplement recommendation, you will see the option to Import the supplement into your client's medical history when the protocol is published.
Where can I map the medication and supplement information from?
There are two new form elements that you can add to new or existing forms. They will allow you to map the responses to the client's medication and supplement history tracker in the client's medical history section.
What kind of information does the tracker store?
The tracker allows you to store the client's historical and active medication and supplement information. You can easily see the start and end dates (if any) for each and the supplements that you have recommended to clients through a protocol.
Can I import and map this information when migrating my notes from another software?
There is no option to automatically add this information when importing notes from another software. You will need to manually add this information or collect it again through a form.
Where is the medication tracker information stored?
You can find this information stored in the Medical History section of a client's record.
Does this mean Practice Better is getting an e-prescription integration?
Practice Better does not currently support e-prescribing, but this is an existing feature request. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for when this will be implemented. You can keep an eye on our Announcements page to learn when new features or updates are made.
Is the tracker visible to clients?
Clients are not able to see the tracker. It is only visible in the practitioner portal.
