Protocols allow you to create plans for your clients and provide lifestyle, food, and supplement recommendations.
When a protocol is created for a client, they will be notified and can access it within their Client Portal by going to My Resources > Protocols
Publishing a Protocol For Your Client
To add a protocol within a client record and publish it:
1. Go to My Clients > [Client name]
2. Click on Protocols on the left hand side
3. Click on the Fast Action Button and choose the template from which you would like to create the protocol or click on the Create new button to create a protocol from the scratch
4. When the protocol is completed, click on Save > Save and Publish to share it with the client
Saving a Protocol as a Template
When working on a protocol for a specific client you can also choose the save the protocol as a template by clicking on Save > Save as template
This will add the protocol template to My Practice > Protocol templates which will allow you to use this protocol with other clients.
Draft vs Published Protocols
Protocols in the Draft status are not visible to the client, even if they are added to their client record.
Whereas, protocols with Published status are visible to the clients and cannot be edited once they are shared.
Duplicate a Protocol
If you would like to assign the same protocol again to a client or use the previous protocol as a basis with some additional recommendations you can duplicate the previous protocol. This will create a duplicate as a draft that will be editable before publishing to the client.
To duplicate a protocol, click on More options (3-dots) next to the protocol and click Duplicate
