Multiple-location support lets you accept in-person bookings at more than one office, mark locations as client-facing or private, and offer flexible locations for sessions such as grocery store tours or home visits. This article covers adding, managing, and using locations, plus how locations connect to your Availability, Bookings Pages, and Insurance Billing settings.

Before You Begin
A few things to know before setting up your locations:
- On the Team plan, locations are shared across your whole team. Any location you add is available to every team member, and any permissioned team member can add a location for the group.
- Any locations enabled for client bookings are displayed on your Public Profile Page.
- Adding a location doesn't automatically make it bookable at specific times. You'll also need to update your Availability to turn that location on for the services and time slots where it should appear. (See Connecting Locations to Your Availability below.)
Adding a New Office Location
- Go to My Schedule > My Locations.
- Click Add location below your company profile.
- Enter a name for your new location. As you type, suggestions will appear below your cursor. Selecting a suggestion auto-populates the address for you.
💡 If your address is linked to a Google Business Profile, you can also enable Google review requests for that location.
- Choose from the following options for this location:
- Make this location my default for in-person sessions. Select this if you want this location preselected when you manually book in-person sessions. Only one location can be your default at a time.
- Allow my clients to book in-person sessions at this location. Enable this to make the location client-facing. It will then appear on your Bookings Pages (with Availability enabled), in session confirmations, and on your Practitioner Profile. Leave this unchecked to keep the location private. Private locations can still be used when you manually book or reschedule sessions for a client.
-
Make this location flexible. Flexible locations let your clients book in-person sessions that happen outside your regular offices. You can have more than one flexible location active at a time. (See Using Flexible Locations below.)
- Add the location's address and contact information. For non-flexible locations, you can also include parking instructions, holiday hours, and other helpful details.
- Click Save near the top-right.
Managing Your Locations
Once you've added a location, you can edit, reorder, or remove it at any time.
- Go to My Schedule > My Locations.
- Click Edit next to a location to update its details, including its name, address, default status, and client-facing or flexible settings. Remember to click Save Changes after making updates.
- Drag a location using the group of dots on the left to reorder it in your list.
- Click the trash icon next to a location to delete it.
📍 Note: Deleting a location doesn't affect sessions already booked there. Those sessions keep the original location details. Deleting a location only prevents clients from booking new sessions at that location going forward.
Connecting Locations to Your Availability
Adding a location makes it available for manual booking right away, but it won't appear as an option on your public Bookings Pages at specific times until you turn it on in your Availability settings. New locations aren't automatically enabled in any existing Availability blocks.
- Go to My Schedule > My Availability.
- Open an existing availability slot, or create a new one.
- Under the service availability list, toggle on the locations you want offered during that time slot.
- Click Save in the pop-up.
Repeat this for each availability block where you want a new location to be offered. For full details, see Managing Your Availability →
Booking In-Person Sessions
You can use any of your saved locations when booking in-person sessions for a client.
- Go to a client's Bookings & Packages page.
- Click Book session from the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner.
- Choose the service and select In-person on the “How would you like to conduct this session?” drop-down.
- From the Location dropdown menu, select one of your saved locations. If the client's address is on file, it will also appear here as an option for sessions at their residence.
- To use a one-off location instead, click Add a new location for this session and enter the details in the pop-up. This works well for a single session at a grocery store or cafe.
- Complete the session details and click the Schedule button in the pop-up.

Using Flexible Locations
Flexible locations let you and your clients book in-person sessions, grocery store tours, and other appointments that happen outside your regular places of work. You can set up more than one flexible location, though only one location overall (flexible or not) can be your default.
If you've created a client-facing flexible location, your clients will be able to select it when requesting sessions from your Bookings Page. When they do, they'll be prompted to specify an address for the session, such as their home or a nearby cafe. Clients must enter an address for a flexible location before they can proceed with the booking request.
📍 Note: The address a client enters for a flexible location appears on the session details page for both you and the client, and in the related email notifications.
Limiting Locations on Bookings Pages
By default, every client-facing location appears on all of your standard Bookings Pages. If you want a specific Bookings Page to only offer certain locations, for example, when serving a specific client segment, edit that Custom Bookings Page and enable Limit in-person sessions to specific locations.

Insurance Billing Place of Service
If you submit insurance claims or superbills, you can optionally set a Place of Service code, NPI, and Other ID for each location so these fields auto-populate. This is a separate, optional part of each location's settings.
