You can automatically add and invite new clients after they request selected services, packages, programs, or complete a public form. Additionally, you can grant access to the Client Portal for new or existing clients.
💡 In a team plan, this Automation type is only available to the account owner. The team owner can use the team member picklist to select another practitioner and create an Automation on their behalf.
- Go to My Practice > Automations.
- Click on the Fast Action Button in the bottom right corner.
- From the pop-up, choose Add/invite new clients.
- Name your automation.
- Choose whether to give new and/or existing clients access to the Client Portal at this time.
If you enable this option, clients will receive an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their accounts.
- For invited clients, you can give access to client Journals and specific entry types by enabling the respective checkboxes.
- Optionally restrict this automation to trigger for specific services, packages, or programs.
- Additionally, you can choose to automatically apply or remove client tags.
- Once all settings are configured, click Create to save your automation.
