Automatically add new clients once they’ve requested selected services, packages or programs. You can optionally give access to the Client Portal at the same time.
- Go to My Practice > Automations
- Click on the Red Fast-action Button and choose Add new clients automatically
- Name your automation
- Choose if you’ll give access to the Client Portal at this time. Clients will be sent an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their account.
- Optionally restrict this automation to select services/packages/programs
- Click Create to save your automation
