Forms & Waivers
Create any form you’ll need to send to clients to complete when they work with you. These can be health intake forms to allow you to collect information, or they can be waivers and agreements where you collect information and/or consent via an electronic signature.
Setting up these forms will save you the hassle of emailing, downloading, printing, signing, and scanning completed forms back into Practice Better. Clients will receive the forms in their Client Portal as well as in their email inbox where they can simply open, complete, sign, and submit them directly to Practice Better.

As part of the Team plan you have the option to share forms you create with your team members.
Disclaimers/Terms & Conditions
When a client is booking a package or service, you can set up Terms & Conditions or a Disclaimer for them to accept prior to them completing the booking, such as a privacy or cancellation policy.
Terms & Conditions are meant for client acknowledgement only. If you require your client to provide a signature acknowledging the terms they agree to or you would like to keep a copy for your records, then it would be better to create a form or waiver with a required signature.
On the Team plan you have the option to share the disclaimers you have made with your team members.
My Services & Packages
Services are the different sessions or offerings your practice provides to clients, such as initial consultations or follow-ups. Services can be set up and configured under My Practice > My Services.
Packages are a group of individual services or programs a client can purchase. When you sell services and programs as a package, clients will pay the package fee as opposed to the individual fees you've set up for each service/program included in the package. Packages can be set up and configured under My Practice > My Services.
On the team plan you can create packages that are shared between multiple practitioners. This is especially useful if you are a multi-disciplinary practice. Learn more about setting up shared packages.
Services and Packages can be shared with other team members.
You can set up availability to have greater control over when clients can request sessions. Availability can be set up for one-off days or on a recurring basis. When setting up your availability, you can further customize it to restrict what services are offered at certain times or what location clients can go to if you have multiple locations.
Availability will need to be set up for each practitioner individually. This gives you flexibility in that you can have different availability for each practitioner or you can set up the same availability.
The Programs features allow you to share your knowledge and expertise with more clients in an automated way. You can create modules within your programs to drip your content to your clients at scheduled intervals. Programs can be created as a fixed-date or evergreen.
Fixed-date programs run from a set start date and finish on a set end date. Modules are unlocked and accessible to clients based on calendar dates. Evergreen programs are available at any time. A client/participant can purchase an Evergreen program and run through it on their own. Modules are unlocked and accessible to clients/participants based on durations after enrollment (ie. 1 week after client enrolls). Self-paced programs allow clients to go through the program at their own pace, modules are unlocked based on the completion of previous modules.

Copies of programs can be shared with other team members by sharing an access code they can use to download and run the program themselves.
Customizing Bookings Pages
Your team’s default Bookings Page will be based on any public services and packages the team owner creates. You can easily modify which services, packages and/or programs offered by your team are displayed by creating a Custom Bookings Page. A Custom Bookings Page will also allow you to select which team members clients will be able to book with from that link or widget.

Website Links & Widgets
To link your team’s services to your website for client booking you can link your services, packages, and programs to your website either with a link or a widget so clients can book your services directly from your website.
